CRI undertook a workshop on recycling of waste 20-21 September in Tirana. The workshop was commissioned by the EEA. Waste experts from seven West Balkan countries participated in the workshop. In addition different stakeholders from the waste community in Albania participated. A total of 28 people took part in the workshop. The overall objectives of the workshop on recycling were to facilitate the exchange of experiences within the area of waste recycling and to contribute to capacity building in waste recycling. The workshop was kindly hosted by the Albanian Ministry of Environment, Forests and Management of Waters. The workshop was a part of the EEA project: Enhancing cooperation on waste policies with the Western Balkans countries and preparation of Country Fact Sheets on Waste Policies project is a part of the second Multi Beneficiary Instrument for Pre-Accession (IPA) Programme.Further Information This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
